Practical Information

  • Weather in December: Typically warm and sunny, with temperatures ranging from 17°C to 26°C (62°F to 79°F).
  • Transportation: Taxis in Abu Dhabi are the most reliable option to get around the city. The most popular services are Careem, Abu Dhabi Taxi, and Uber. You can also hail a gray Abu Dhabi taxi cab from the street (they use taxi meters, and you can pay with a card).
  • Airport options:
    1. You can fly directly to Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH).
    2. Alternatively, you can fly to Dubai (DXB) and take a taxi from there; it would take approximately 1.5 hours and cost around $100.

ADNEC – Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre

General information

ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is a multi-award-winning venue offering organisers of exhibitions, conferences and live events a total space of 153,678 square metres of indoor and outdoor event space with interconnected column-free halls, an Atrium and Concourse areas. This incorporates a multi-functional, 6,000 seat conference centre facility, two large conference halls that can seat 1,600 people combined and 21 meeting rooms ranging from 20 to 240 delegates. In addition, the venue comprises of 11 exhibition halls offering a total of 55,000m², a 10,000m² Marina Hall and a purpose-built banquet facility that can seat 700 people in a dinner setting. The venue also boasts a range of restaurants, cafés, shops, on-site hotels and business facilities as well as outdoor event spaces and the stunning Waterfront Quayside.
